That is right! You asked for it and we are making it happen. Training in South Minneapolis starts now.
We are opening up limited time slots for personal training, athletic training, and couples/buddy training. Pricing is based on your specific needs and considered on a case by case basis.
We'll also have some small group options on the weekends and maybe once during the week. We have a couple possible locations for small group training. These would be drop in classes with a drop in rate.
Training will be held in our home 8-10 hours a week. The basement is a mini AX Fitness with plenty of fitness toys. We're located near Northrup Elementary School. I can also provide specialized plans for each week/month. The rate you pay is based on what you need. If you just want to come and train once or twice a week with me, that would be one price. If you would like to train with me and receive workout plans for the off days, nutritional and diet guidelines, or specific sports training options, the price would be different/more.
Below is a preliminary schedule based on my current availability. This is first-come first-served and I will create a wait-list if necessary.
Mondays: 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Tuesdays: 5:30 p.m and 6:30 p.m
Thursdays: 9:30 a.m and 10:30 a.m.
Fridays: 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Weekends: Varies week-to-week. This will also be used for a drop-in Small Group Training once the weather cooperates or I secure a nearby space to use.
I may be able to adjust if these times do not work for you. Let me know.
Work as hard as you can for 1 minute and give yourself a full rest period of 90 seconds.
Rest 90 sec between each exercise
