We took our two favorite things, fitness and beer and made it a repeating social event for you to enjoy! These sessions vary and are full body, get the biggest bang for your buck kind of sweatfest!
We promise to do more than JUST burpees and to make this an inclusive event! We use bodyweight HIIT, Tabata and a variety of training methods to help you earn your beer! These workouts are challenging but can be modified for your fitness level. Join our community for a brew and make some new friends along the way.
