I'm excited to share that I'll be opening up a limited number of spots for training in South Minneapolis. I will have availability and more information for you in an upcoming post. Feel free to contact me if this interests you.
I am still offering the small group class on Wednesday nights at the Shoreview YMCA. Last week, was a 25lb plate special that included inch worms and plate pushes!
Next year, off to climb mountains on my 130th birthday!

Here is this weeks workout:
Equipment: Dumbbells (medium-heavy). Box.
4 rounds, reps increase each round.
Dumbbell Squats - 5/10/15/20 reps
Box jump burpees - 5/10/15/20 reps
Wall supported hand stand (or high plank) - 15/20/30/45 seconds

Welcome to Monday Challenge #2! Keep the videos and feedback coming, we LOVE to hear from you! For those AX Members who were with me for a few years, you know that January is always Burpee Month. I started Burpee Month the second year of AX Fitness because I wanted to see how many different versions of burpees I could come up with for a workout. I believe I have maxed out at around 41.
Welcome to our first Monday Challenge! SKOL SCOUT! The Minnesota Vikings certainly have a challenge ahead of them and Scout will be cheering! Most of our challenges will be bodyweight focused so you can do them anywhere. Once in a while, I will sneak a dumbbell or med ball in there.
