Hello all!

The May schedule looks to be a bit more accommodating for folks. We will also be moving to the outside back area with the warmer weather, which will allow a few more people to join us. I hope April has treated you well and you kept up with your fitness the best you could without me! Things are moving right along around here. The Park Police Agent training has been challenging and eye opening. Jackie and I are both trying to navigate two jobs, two dogs, and life after roller derby. The babies don’t always know what is going on and our house is always a mess, but that is how we roll, I guess!

May Schedule

Please look carefully, times vary each week a bit and is subject to change. I was thinking of adding a park location to one of these. So keep an eye out. Also, 612 is unable to fit us in the May schedule but we will be there in June. Broken Clock brewery is offering their space so I may add a Burpees and Beer for May. Remember, if a class is full you can still text or email me. I may be able to get an extra person in… especially when we are outside.
