Small Group Training
We had SO much fun Wednesday night at Sports Enhancement Training demo class at the Shoreview YMCA. We are sorry so many wanted to come but could not make it! It was like old times at AX, FOR SURE! Remember, these classes will be running in just four week sessions, consecutively. The first one in our paid series begins this Wednesday night (Feb 28) at 6:30p! You can still sign up, just stop by when I am working or come on in Wednesday before class starts. A once a week AX Kickin' is TOTALLY worth a couple more minutes drive. We can grab a beer after class here too!
